Great update!

The left was the client's grandmother's. The right, a newer purchase to make a set. This one was a factory made executive chair, with minimal padding and unappealing fabric.

Down to the bare bones and rebuilding the seat of the first chair.

Building up the seat of the second chair to match the first.

Corners are tucked under using hidden tack strips - not tacks on the surface (which is a usual way to approach this).

Adding the welting along the bottom edge for a nice finish.
